The Laguna de los Condores

 

 

The Laguna de los Condores or Laguna de las Momias is a lagoon of about 1 km² in length that is located in the department of San Martín in the Andes of northern Peru.1 It is located at an altitude of 2600 m a.s.l. n. m., 93 km from the province of Chachapoyas, department of Amazonas and a day's walk or 45 km from the town of Leimebamba, in the district of the same name.
